'Fess up!... What's the best scam you've ever pulled?

For being a legend at work - I was "rewarded" with a special work scratchcard - and scratched off "Finish work an hour early".
However, because no-ones taken it off me, I've used it 4 times now... give it a few weeks and I'll be claiming it again...
Hardly Brinks Mat I know but It's the little victories I suppose...

A group of us went to Le Mans in a black Vito with PRESS SHUTTLE on the windows and fake press passes. Security didnt care, let us in all weekend. My dad even got into the race tower.

There's a bloke at work who is a right irritant, so we made him 'employee' of the week and gave him a fake scratch card with 'Finish work an hour early' on it just to get rid. What's good though, is that he keeps using it. Lovely.

Best one I have seen is a couple of MATES who never had tickets for the Cup final in 06 managed to blag their way in as plumbers and hid in the bogs until kick off time...

Not buying a parking ticket at the long stay car park near the train station, if I received a penalty ticket (about once a week) would then wait by the exit, offer another user a fiver for theirs, send it off and they'd cancel the fine. Got away with that for about two years, saved a small fortune.

Took a collection at work for a colleague, who was also a good mate of mine.
I spent the money, collected for the funeral, on hash (one of the deceased favourite pastimes).
I hope he was looking down on it - he would have loved it.

My mate and I took the train to Cardiff for the Palace Playoff Final.
That was the one where they oversold train tickets and then realised both teams would be COMING FROM LONDON and put out all sorts of messages that people should use alternative travel if possible.
Didn’t have our tickets checked so sent them back saying I’d taken their advice and got them refunded.
Did the same thing the next year for the Preston game.
Actually had to PAY for the FA Cup Final v Liverpool

For a long time when self-service machines first came into supermarkets, a few shops near me didn't bother putting anyone on the tills during the daytime, even at lunch, and I'd say on about 60% of visits I'd pretend to scan things through and just walk out without paying, and sometimes not even bother pretending. Never big stuff, just ready meals or whatever.
That's probably literally it, tbh.
I definitely wasn't the only person who did stuff like this and it amazed me that it literally took years for any of these shops to put anyone behind the tills, let alone employ security.

Return journey on a stag last month, my mate noticed the arm of his seat had been gaffa taped. Took photos and claimed he was injured by the exposed metal under the gaffa tape. The airline duly paid him out the 2 bags he asked for.

Enjoyed a few.Found a restaurant card for a student in halls of residence at Uni where his accomodation included meals. Stuck my photo on and relaminated. Free grub for 8 months.

Got thru New York Immigration...
They defo wanted to grill me.
Saw arabic writing in passport from stamps to Dubai, not like they cared its a holiday destination.
Officer said where are your parents from.
I said they were born in England.
HOWEVER my grandparents are Indian....
Officer said NATIVE INDIAN???!
I mumbled, erm yes......
